Well, I'd say that

Mogul with the Rings, Amped Infinity Man, Zoom, Kingdom Gog, and H/P Doomsday are the ones to watch out for.
DS, Henshaw with Rings, Gog, Magog, and Amazo are the next ones to worry about.
