Yes, I know, epic, over-the-top title. Anyway:
Mister M (Absolon Mercator), Mad Jim Jaspers, and Hyperstorm vs. Zeus (DC), Shazam, & Highfather.
Each have knowledge about each other and fight in a neutral universe. All combatants are at their highest levels and bloodlusted.
I hope this isn't a stomp in either direction. Could pick a different combination of The Quintessence if so...

Mad Jim Jaspers is the weak link.
You should change him with someone like .. Thanos or Hulk. I'd say Punisher too, but that would be overkill.
