Okay, so this is a little ridiculous but... is fun, for me at least.
H/P Doomsday is chosen as the new host for Cyttorak. It gets the amulet of power, the power gem, the mind gem, celestial tech (War Hulks tech) and the Destroyer armor. Can anyone stop its rampage to destroy the universe?
any high end skyfather or above would probably obliterate him- We've already seen what celestials did to the super destroyer which pretty much had every ability that version of doomsday would and then some.
below skyfather/abstract level? I'm going to get creative and say maelstrom.
a brief rundown on his powers:
Maelstrom can absorb kinetic energy from any source and use it to increase his own physical abilities while draining his victims. He can also use this energy by generating force blasts, flying, and growing in size. With the means to amplify his abilities, Maelstrom can absorb kinetic energy from the entire planet. While he served as Anomaly, he possessed cosmic awareness, granting him near-omnipotent knowledge. He also had the ability to alter reality.
attacking that guy is pretty much pointless. you'd have to outsmart him, which doomsday likely wouldn't be able to do.
Ummm...no skyfather not even odin himself is stopping a juggernaut invulnerability+power gem amped+asgardian destroyer powered h/p doomsday who evolves every second to get massively stronger while also being able to read minds and the gem that let desak own gods.

Your right he was pretty strong. Last time I checked he was immune to the glove???
Anyway Unless you can banish Doomsday or throw some anti matter he isn't dieing meaning.
Odin can infact beat him through banishment.
Thor can beat him through banishment, taking his soul, or throwing anti matter matter particles at him
Firestorm can do it.
Composite Supermans anti matter blast can delete anything doomsday would be no exception
Darkseids omega beam can delete anything not needed in the universe.
Reality warper's on a celestial level can do it.
Furry can do anything........
