this is besides making the prime reality (616 Universe) her personal playpen,

... Not a difficult choice there.
'What if' Phoenix has destroyed the contents of a Universe before.
I'm sure 616 Phoenix can do the same thing to an alternate reality.
Doesn't help one iota though vs the crazy God-like witch.

So she needed Doom's power to tap into the "Life Force" (by exploiting the fact that she was a Nexus Being) to get her "Godlike" reality warping powers and that later Doom helps her get rid of it? What a confused mess this whole HoM crap is.
