Our prep site for round 2 is the headquarters of Birds of Prey courtesy of Oracle.
Prep duration- 10 minutes.
General prep:
1-2 minutes. Emma+M’gann, as well as Zachary and Nyssa, amalgamate. Meanwhile, just like last round, Karima upgrades her CPU using advanced technology from Oracle’s computer system. This time, however, the goal is purely to upgrade the processing capacity- no digital TP stuff or anything. We simply don't need that here- there’s only one person in fangirl’s team with more than mediocre TP resistance. So the duration of upgrading process would be slightly smaller than last time. 3 minutes would be enough.
Fangirl doesn’t use mainstream Thangarians in her team, but the combat strategies\technology used by that Hawkgirl and her mainstream counterparts can’t be different. So Karima also gets all the information on frequently used Thangarian combat techniques from Oracle’s database downloaded onto her hard drive. Given that New Earth Hawkgirl frequently worked with Birds of Prey, there should be plenty of information on that. The full data on Judomaster (another BoP agent) also gets uploaded into Karima’s memory.
3-4 minutes. Karima’s upgrade is finishing, and we start with the second part of our plan- aka Emeralda mindlinking Alchemist with Barbara and Stuart for tech-creation. This time we won’t be doing anything too complicated- simply recreate Rocket Red suit based on Barbara's knowledge of its specs and her database, no weird and possibly unstable suit amalgamations etc- simply recreating existing model and giving it to Alchemist. It would be totally legal as nothing any wielder of the Rocket Red suit did was beyond standart Iron Man level. Think of Rocket Red corps as “Russian Ironmen”.
Emeralda then quickly uploads Stuart Clarke’s piloting knowledge with various types of armour (he has piloted both Stark-designed stuff and various armours of his own design, Rampage being the most well-known) as well as any manuals on how to use that stuff Oracle has in her database. Oracle has complete data on every single active superhero on DC Earth as shown there:

One of Rocket Red Corps officers, Dimitry Pushkin, was on both Justice League International and Justice League Europe rosters and then was basically the ambassador of JLA in Russia.

So data on him should be in Oracle’s own memory as she perfectly remembers basically anything that she sees. Her photographic memory is so perfect that she physically can’t forget stuff (which makes her immune to brainwashing).

So locating all the Dimitry Pushkin related memories in Oracle’s well-catalogued mind would be a piece of cake for a telepath with Emma’s level of skill who also frequently practices uploading the vast amounts of information (language and cultural data) into the minds of her teammates as part of her X-Woman responsibilities.

After we’ve done outfitting Alchemist with an armour (stealth spell is cast on it just like the last time) and a skillset needed to pilot that, Alchemist continues working with that thingy on his\her own. A detail of the Rocket Red armour's standart equipment is electrically-charged riot-net.

Using Nyssa’s vast knowledge of traditional chemistry and alchemy (it’s her and not her dad actually being the best alchemist in DCU) and Zachary’s magic we will alter the net’s material into promethium wire, promethium being DC’s equivalent of adamantium.
The next thing Alchemist does is using Nyssa's knowledge to make the net charged with the energy of Lazarus Pit. Said pit has not only healing\resurrecting properties. With Nyssa’s being leading expert in its structure, use etc she has discovered the ways of using the energy of said pit in the ways her dad (despite being the most well-known user of ‘em) can’t use it. More accurate- she charged weapons with that energy, so the blasts reflected magical energies on contact, killed undeads and hurt untrained living beings really bad (a healthy person dies when thrown into Lazarus pit, the energy screws with biorhythms of the body).

The next thing we’re doing after that is Emeralda reaching out into Oracle’s mind again and uploading all the info she can find on Zatanna’s feats related to weather magic. If noob Black Alice during her 1st appearance was able to control weather and managed indirect wind propelled flight with Zatanna’s powers, then Alchemist amalgam with “mind\body” character (Nyssa) being the world leading expert in one of "theoretical" branches of occult lore (alchemy etc) would do that pretty well.

When Nyssa and Talia formed the dynamic duo leading the League of Assasins, they frequently employed magicans such as Felix Faust to do their bidding. So despite being unable to actually cast magic, Nyssa knows more than enough about magical lore, and what's more important has focused genius level mind, as opposed to Zachary's unfocused mind of teenager, who, despite being a superstar of magical shows, isn't very good when it comes to actual combat.
Emeralda also shares her own knowledge of weather powers with Alchemist (Emma spend some time in Storm’s body, using her powers, and as an X-Woman worked together with Storm and Wind Dancer).
With that done, our team shares all the known information on opposition. Emma knows Wolverine pretty well and also has a knowledge on Speedball. X-Men and Power Pack also crossovered a few times so Alex Power’s powers aren’t that unknown to her. When Emma's Hellions attacked New Warriors, Speedball was among the ones who got pwned.

The short briefing on opposition
First of all, the opposition is almost defenceless against what my team has in pretty good quantities- telepathy. The only one with telepathic resistance here is Speedball. If fangirl does what was done last match, amalgamates him with Powerhouse and is trying to disperse the kinetic energy protection by turning into the mist and coating his team… well, it won’t do him any good.
Like Gambit, Speedball displayed feats of resistance to the powerful telepaths before, but that was due to his brain being supercharged with kinetic energy. In dispersed\expanded state his kinetic field will provide only a minor annoyance to the telepath on Emeralda’s level (if he tries shielding his teammates, his own resistance is doubtful here) .

That's what would most likely happen (and what would he look like) if he tries “dispersing” stuff. A big mess of kinetic energy...that is really easy to contain or disperse as shown here.
Now to another “paper tiger” here- Metalhead. He sounds really scary on paper, but the truth behind his powers is that he doesn't actually absorb metals, he only converts his epidermis into analog of various metals which only has the durability\conductivity properties of the real deal.

Mimetic epidermal analog of metals=not the real thing. He’s still as vulnerable to telepathy as anyone, would copy only basic stuff from Nth metal or adamantium aka durability (no energy discharges or anything like that), and what’s more- IS vulnerable to energy attacks capable of piercing his hide even in his most durable versions (adamantium or alien metals).

What’s more, you’re limited only to Hawkgirl’s feats from Justice League Adventures comics (cartoon feats are non-canon for the first season). And there the plot-deviseness of Hawkgirl’s mace was a bit toned down, so to say.
For example, cartoon shows that her mace disrupts magical energy. In comics (what you're using now) Hawkgirl AND her mace are affected by magic just like everything else.

Battle strategy/combat scheme
This time the Shadowpack is up for some desert warfare. Like last time, all my team members go into the battle camouflaged. Upon locating enemy’s team Emeralda and Alchemist do a few simple things.
What happens first is the mass TP stun to anyone in your team who’s not Speedball or amalgamated with one.

That’s what probably can happen here. Or Emeralda can just fry some unprotected minds…There are multiple examples of Emma’s telepathy affecting Wolverine, so he won’t be a problem.
2\3 of your team are done in a second.
Simultaneously, if we’re facing Speedball\Powerhouse amalgam, Alchemist conjures up some hurricane force winds in the location of that your remaining team member. Said winds would force him to remain solid for long enough to be wrapped either by Emeralda (M’gann was able to briefly restrain Superboy, who is a lot stronger that anyone in your team- scan is below that paragraph ) or Alchemist wrapping him into the riot net shown into the prep part of my post.

Magic energy that net is charged with would put you in the world of pain, preventing from the use of any powers (healing factor in fact can make it a lot worse, as Lazarus Pit’ energy works negatively on perfectly healthy people). Being made of promethium, the net is also highly indestructible.
Amalgamating Speedball with anyone else in your team also makes him pretty easy target. If he amalgamates him with Hawkgirl in attempt to gain control over his bounsing movement…

Hawkgirl isn’t agile enough to avoid being tied. All your other guys or girls can be pwned in pretty much the same way.
As for Powerhouse, being the biggest powerhouse in your team, the only way he’ll survive initial psionic attack would be him amalgamated with Speedball (the way of dealing with that amalgam is shown above). In fact, even if he is alive and well somehow, his gravity powers won’t work on 2\3 of my team.
Martians fly by psionically negating gravity, and Karima Shapandar’s flight is also anti-gravity based.

So gravity manip is almost useless on them.
Quick recap- 2\3 of your team are unconscious in the opening second of a battle, your remaining one is (under any amalgamation) much slower that the majority of my team.

A few examples of omnidirectional energy blasts\attacks- second one is with multiple energy types (electricity, lasers etc) simultaneosly.
As was shown in the last match, Speedball is vulnerable to widespread energy attacks.

Even if he’s amalgamated with Powerhouse, multiple energy types’ absorption isn‘t within Powerhouse capacity with Energiser’s power- constant swapping helps the powergrowth, and Power Pack siblings practiced that numerous times, but you’re using Alex’ Powerpax\Powerhouse incarnation (between New Warriors 49-75) and thus you’re using him at the level of proficiency he had at that time. Any swaps that have happened after that incarnation are illegal for the character you’ve drafted.

And the last thing we’ll do after we beat you (with your offence being pitiful compared to ours) is psionically download (if available) vast combat and military skills Hawkgirl and Wolverine have. It never hurts to have more skill.

Metal Head
Abilities include: Absorbing the properties of what ever metal he touches. Gains increased strength, resistance to injury, and properties of said metal. Innate ability to understand properties of metal even alien. Ability to manipulate sound and amplify sound waves and control them depending on metal form.
Judo Master
Abilities include: Master (one of the best in the world according to Mr. terrific) at hand to hand combat, aversion field that makes any aimed attack worthless.
DCUA Hawkgirl : Abilities include Flight, master at armed and unarmed combat, resistance to injury, enhanced strength, mace that cancels out all magical properties as well as hits with electrical charge able to harm high meta level beings, revive someone’s heart, or short out electrical systems, enhanced senses notably eyesight.
Wolverine : Abilities include, High regeneration, High level of hand to hand skill, Adamantium unbreakable skeleton and razor sharp claws that can slice thru nearly any known substance, enhanced senses notably sense of smell. High level of reaction times.
Speed Ball- abilities include, Kinetic field, high level telepathy resistance, high level energy absorption deflection, high level dmg output when charged. Kinetic field returns energy of physical nature back upon attacker. Unable to be physically harmed while field is in motion.
Power Pax- Gravity, Density, Mach speed, teleportation, Destroyer and energy powers.
The Prep Area: the Justice Society Hall.
Wolverine unleashes his claws, and Hawkgirl pulls out her mace. 2 seconds.
Judo master shows everyone Hawkman’s room. 30 seconds.
Judo master touches Metal head with Hawkman’s mace, simultaneously wolverine’s claws touches Metal head while Hawkgirl touches metal head with her animated mace.
5 seconds
Judo Master, Wolverine and Hawkgirl Amalgamate. Stacking all of their skills, speed, strength, resistance to injury, enhanced senses, adamantium skeleton and claws, dcua uru mace, flight, and aversion field. We will call this one Killing Machine.
6 mins.
Simultaneously Power Pax merges with the Double Uru Adamantium Sound manipulating electrical field generating Metal head.
4 mins.
Speed ball is held in reserve.
MetalPax drifts his atoms as far apart as he can so that he stands as a giant version of himself. He then Returns to his combined metal form. A giant Double 2Nthmantium version of himself. 3 mins.
He then takes the remaining time to absorb every bit of matter in the area and outside of the building to power himself up. The more matter he absorbs the more powerful his blast become. The Destroyer blast absorbs everything in the front of his path. The only limit to the destroyers capacity for powering up has been the body’s ability to with stand the pain and buildup. With an 2Nthmantium body, his capacity for building and storing energy is infinite. Of course he is limited to the amount of matter present in the surrounding buildings and ground.
The Plan of Attack.
Speed ball extends his kinetic field around himself and Killing Machine and they stand behind as Metalpax unleashed a gigantic wave of destructive force in the opening second of the battle. With most of the city in front of them destroyed, and fires burning everywhere, this effectively pwns miss martian and a good chunk of Charlotte’s team.
Killing Machine flies with speed ball to survey the area. Metal Pax flies ahead looking to see who he can pick off. He’s going after anyone magical. Part of the properties of the DCUA Nth is it’s ability to totally cancel out any magic, magic spells, and magical beings. Who ever faces this juggernaut is going to be facing the combined power of two different kinds of nth metal, sound manipulation,adamtium and all it’s strength and all the powers of power pax. He can easily turn to cloud form and enter their nose and turn back into his metal form and pwn them. He’s not going to be put down by any form of attack. New Earth nth has a psychic feed back component,( ask captain comet) magnetic force component,(which magneto has used to weaken telepathy) even if not mastered by metal pax, will still pwn anyone trying a psy attack. This guy is going to be a beast to put down.
Mean while Speed ball bounces around doing recon finding any survivors of Team charlotte.
Killing Machine with their enhanced senses and healing and durability and magical canceling mace and claws make short work of anyone on charlottes team who happens to be a blaster, hand to hand etc. with the aversion field in place, the only thing they can do is try to blow something up, But since everything is already blown up thanks to MetalPax, that won’t be happening. It’s only a matter of time before this flying killing machine gets their hands on the rest of Charlotte’s team and kills them one by one. And them with no way of even fighting back.

First of all, you're horribly overrating Metal Head in that fight. You make people think that he=Absorbing Man. In fact, he's less than Husk.
He alters his skin to mimic the metals, that's it. As I've stated before, he mimics basic properties of metals (durability, conductivity etc), not more sophisticated stuff. Also he can mimic only ONE metal at a time (unless shown otherwise, but I own pretty any appearance of him). So what we'll get is superdurability and probably electricity generation (which is unlikely as Metal Head alters only his skin and he alters it to resemble the metals).
Only one metal at a time. As for sound manipulation- lolz at that. Being a human xylophone=\=sound manip. He just alters his skin to resemble one metal or another so the sound resonates differently from it.

As for Nth metal- I've already said that feats from cartoon are invalid here, and in comics it wasn't all that great. Bringing here New Earth Nth metal probably serves the single purpose of confusing the judges.

That said and done, I'll also state a few things. Even in his LAST appearance as Powerhouse (New Warriors #74) he had problems using Energiser and Mass Master's abilities together (scan is also shown in the writeup but I'm reposting that).

His "big guns" lack ANY TP resistance whatsoever (Wolverine is resistant to mind probing, but not to TP stun).
TP attack is the first thing I'm doing when entering battlefield. Speed of TP attack (especially such as mindfry or psi-stun)=speed of light.

It took her a couple of seconds (time for guard to make a short sentence) to replace Robin, shapeshift into him and push the real deal aside.
So my TP attack happens faster than whatever big ass explosion you can make there. It can be as big as you want- it simply won't happen due to your Metalpax and Killing Machine being vegetables at the opening picosecond of the battle.
The only character left here is Speedball. Versus three members of your team. Game. Set. Pwned.
Corrections to Charlotte's research on my Team
In the scan she provided with metal head, his original form was to change only his skin. hence why he started out a handsome guy. when contagion corrupted metal head, he shfted the biology of metal head and he became stuck in metal form, a hulking version of himself, metal thru and thru. I'll show you why this is true. It was Zion Chi who healed metal head in this form which allows for Metal to become metal thru and thru.

In this Scan Charlotte undoes her own work. Metal Head Clearly says that his BODY can assume the property of any metal it's EVER touched. The only reason his hide was pierced(notice we dont' see blood, indicating he is metal thru out,) is becuz the metal of the ship that Eddie assumed didn't have the unbreakable bonds that Adamantium possesses.

Here Nth Metal is being used just as a cage and it's retarding flashe's speed aura and Dr. Fates Ability to cast spells. So much for Miss Charlotte's wishful thinking that she's going to be doing much in the way of magic.

Even with Metal head's limited knowlege of the Alien Metal, he was still able to use it in the first attack to block The light attack. Given his time in prep, he'll understand enough of the properties of the Nth Metal so that no one on Charlotte's team will be able to defeat him save with greater control over Nth Metal. Here it takes Hawkman and Hawkwoman's combined love and the claw of horus.

New Earth Nth metal is a different beast from the one of DCUA verse. It's like me drafting Ultimate Emma Frost and then using feats of 616 Emma Frost for her despite them having completely different powersets.

So your very-very large paragraph related to New Earth Nth metal is completely invalid and refers to COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CHARACTER from the one you've drafted, the difference in powersets being as big as between Ultimate Emma Frost and her 616 counterpart. They're just called the same, that's the only (or almost only) thing they have in common.
As for the Metal Head- his OWN description of his powers is inaccurate. He isn't a scientist and he uses the wording "my body" even in his very first appearance.

I've skipped entire section on Power Pax- I'm a bit sleepy and everything in that doesn't give us the answer for the biggest question of the fight- HOW EXACTLY your big guns survive being mindraped.
TP attack is faster than your explosion, no matter how big it was- it won't happen...your "human nuke" would be a little bit busy lying on the ground with null brain activity.

Just a couple of examples of pretty much instant psi-stuns to people more psi-durable than all of your team. In the second case poor ones (including Wolverine and Storm) were even additionally psi-shielded- all that did to them was allowing to survive for a few more seconds.

Being third or fourth of telepathic top five of Marvel certainly pays... Emma has developed the technique of "psionic clairvoyance"- a telepathic version of Spidersence.
With Martian reaction speed and your explosive dude being defenceless against telepathy...he's a vegetable. I can pull the trigger faster, darling... Emeralda thinks faster than your Metalpax and she only needs to think to KO him (and Killing Machine along with him). Your odds are pitiful here.
The only member of your team who is resistant to Emma Frost-level TP is Speedball whom you left in the reserve.
And he'll also be the only one to survive my initial attack. Poor Speedball vs 3 of my characters, each of them capable of killing him in a few seconds.

I'd also like to touch some things (irrelevant as you'll end up mindraped anyways- TP assault is MUCH FASTER that anything you can do here). I never denied that Power Pack kids swapped powers- I was only talking about number of said swaps that happened during Powerpax\Powerhouse status quo of Alex. That's the version you've drafted.
The swaps actually did happen in that run and before that. But that swaps aren't that significant there.
But what I've shown is that until New Warriors #74 (his LAST appearance as Powerpax\Powerhouse) he had problems using his siblings' powers simultaneously (that's why he got hit and gamaged with electrical attack while using Mass Master's powers).
Hell, he even had troubles using his own gravity power and Lightspeed's flight simultenaously.

That means that despite numerous swapping his level of experience with his siblings' powers is stable during Powerhouse status quo. And under that level he can't really effectively use the powers of multiple siblings at once...or at least has difficulity doing that.
So, quick recap.
You put yourself into a bunch of troubles when started arguing for JL Adventures Hawkgirl using the feats of New Earth Nth metal. The Nth metal from Justice League Adventures didn't even have any antigravity properties. It seems to me that you drafted JL Adventures version without actually being familiar with her comics, but attempting to use cartoon feats. When it turned out cartoon feats were illegal for that match, and in Justice League Adventures comics the mace wasn't all that great and actually lost its anti-magic property, you attempted to cheat and use New Earth Nth metal feats, while New Earth Nth metal being entirely different thing from what you're using in all but name and assotiation with Thangarians (who are also different from New Earth Thangarians) and you don't have access to samples of New Earth Nth metal.
You posted a good load of physical feats- healing factor, blasts etc. In fact, the only one of your team I'm planning to go physical at is Speedball. The others are downed in the opening millisecond of a fight by mindfry, being totally defenceless against TP.
Shadowpack would totally have lots of fun with your team. Especially seeing as after 0,001 second of a fight Speedball is the only one left standing in your team. In fact, my Emeralda amalgam can just SOLO that roster of yours.
And even if (highly unlikely) my team by some miracle gets hit with that big ass explosion of yours...most likely we'll survive. Even Emeralda- despite obvious Martian weakness. Now I'll explain you how.
In fact, the weakness of M'gann's race to flames was established as physical and depends on physical contact with said flames. That's why future M'gann was able to safeguard herself from flames by using simple forcefield:

Emma Frost has a neat thingy called diamond form, that gives her superdurability while inhibiting her psionic power when turned fully diamond.
However, recently Emma has shown that just like her Cuckoos daughters, she can turn only specific part of her body diamond, nullifying pain receptors but still having access to her TP (she learned how to do that with training).

Though that's all irrelevant as your explosive stuff is really, really unlikely to happen- due to your two amalgams being defenceless against TP and mindfry\TP stun being my first attack (which is faster than yours, I need only to think and due to Martian physiology I think faster than your amalgam composed of two guys with basic human reaction speed).
No answer to TP=your amalgams down in an opening second of a fight. It's the only thing that matters here... as you'll be KOed before you use any big ass explosions of yours.

Each member of the JSA keeps a room with weapons and clothes there. Didn't you know? I also posted how New Earth Nth Metal has protection from Mental powers. And you misunderstood what Power Pax was saying when he said he was the only sibling that could switch powers. Once He got older, He was the only one who could take the powers of everyone and use them. The others didn't have that ability to do it at will.

6. Prep: Prep is allowed. You get 10 (ten) minutes of prep per match at a member of your team's historical base of operations. Characters that are members of teams (JLA, Stormwatch, Avengers, etc) will be able to utilize the team base of operations unless the character is also a solo hero and has their own personal base of operations (i.e. Batman gets the Bat-cave as his base even though as a member of the JLA he has access to the Watchtower). For characters that are members of a team you will not have access to any of their teammates equipment or arsenal, only the prep host's resources. The only resource available to you other than the prep host's arsenal will be the computer database present at the base. You get the character's historic primary base of operations and access to the prep host's equipment only. No exceptions and no loopholes.
Just because Judomaster is a member of Justice Society, that doesn't mean she can go and grab gear from whoever she wishes. No Hawkman's standart equipment for her. That part of your prep is illegal, actually. You'll be prepping on that base, but Judomaster won't have "the key from Hawkman's room".

It's physiological, not psychological. That's why future M'gann was able to shield with forcefield. And that's why avoiding physical contact with flames is important. Diamond fireproof coating=forcefield in that regard. And I've posted proof that I can do that without inhibiting my TP as long as I'm altering only the skin\epidermis (which is possible and was possible under more than one occasion).
Cartoon feats are invalid. And in comics adapatation I've shown it a)failed to block a spell from Felix Faust; b)failed to block mind control from Psycho Pirate; c)having no antigravity properties (even the smallest quantities of New Earth Nth metal have it).
And Metal Head only imitates metals, he doesn't turn into real deal. I've shown that before and will show that again. So you won't sudennly have him turned into a block of Nth metal. Altering his metal hide into something sharing Nth metal durability- of course yes. But not replicating the very Claw of Horus stuff.
Also as you've said yourself and Hawkman said himself, experience does play a role. Otherwise you're just stated that Metal Head can replicate Absorbing Man's feat with absorbing properties of Mjolnir (Claw of Horus roughly=Mjolnir) despite anything like that was never shown on panel and it was stated on panel that he only mimicks metals altering hsi skin or later on hide- the healing stabylised the destruction of his body on some state, not gave him secondary mutation- his skin was turned into ugly "hide" and he was stuck permanently like that.
He had to learn how to mimick metals again after that accident:
