Inperiex vs Anti-moniter vs Abraxas
they fight in a combined Marvel/DC Universe and don't care if they kill everyone in it! only there own power, no outside help, tech or power!(not that they would need it, but no ''X'' will create someone like protege who will kill them all)
who wins?

Abraxas ... his purpose if to erase the infinite Prime Multiverse from existence :
Thus erasing ALL That Is, Was or Ever will be in Marvel:
(please log in to view the image)
................................................................................................................
Franklin says about the Omniversal Guardian:
(please log in to view the image)
"That's Roma, she's gonna help us fight the dark man " (Abraxas)
................................................................................................................
Roma (Omniversal Guardian) makes it clear:
(please log in to view the image)
"And if we do not act soon ... All of Time will be lost to us "
Abraxas is a Multiversal power of Omniversal significance.
................................................................................................................
Here are Nine Universes that would later be destroyed by Abraxas :
(please log in to view the image)
(please log in to view the image)
(please log in to view the image)
"Imagine each of those Worlds like sand in an hourglass ...
an hourglass which Abraxas will shatter "
................................................................................................................
This is aside from all these UniverseS Abraxas collapsed:
(please log in to view the image)
................................................................................................................
Meh,
And Abraxas only needs to approach UniverseS to collapse them:
(he doesn't even need to attack or enter said Realities)
(the Multiverse in fact)
(please log in to view the image)
"creatures of the Multiverse Mixing --- Reality folding onto itself
This ... is what brings Abraxas " (like I said, just by approaching)

......................................................................................
Here are some Bio excerpts to confirm my posts which only contain the On Panel evidence:
(reference -Official Marvel Handbook 2006 - Abraxas bio)
......................................................................................
How Abraxas folds/collapses Universes:
(please log in to view the image)
"While Abraxas drew near ,
the walls of dimensional space began to blur " (fold/collapse)
It goes on to explain the ramifications of Abraxas approaching Realities.
......................................................................................
We shouldn't be surprised ... it's his Job :
(please log in to view the image)
Occupation : "Dimensional Destroyer "
......................................................................................
Evidently, only a power UN-like can defeat Abraxas :
(please log in to view the image)
"Realizing the danger Abraxas posed,
the FF went on a Dimension-hopping journey to recover the UN ,
the One weapon that could destroy him "
......................................................................................
Indeed, Roma (Omniversal Guardian) stated the same thing On Panel:
(please log in to view the image)
Roma: "It will be a weapon of unimaginable power that will WIN This day "
......................................................................................
Here Galactus says it, and Reed realizes this truth:
(please log in to view the image)
Galactus: "But This Time , This Day can end ONLY one way "
Reed: "Yes .... God help me , I can see that now "

AB - FF Ultimate Guide bio:
Restructuring Reality is nothing to Abraxas!
(please log in to view the image)
"He can restructure matter and convert physical matter into pure energy ...
he has destroyed entire PLANES of Reality "
(please log in to view the image)
"We're dealing with a being of Godlike powers, BENDING Reality means nothing to him "

Abraxas is like my fave villain of all time, so i might be a little biased, but come on can anyone seriously come up with a scenario were he doesn't win? imo he is the most powerful character in comics! barring of course presence/TOAA/LT

Abraxas owns. Anti-monitor in his height may be able to take this, despite that nothing has even phased Abraxas outside of destroying all the multiverse. Imperiex, in this battle at least, is a clown.

Abraxas should own this. His only weakness was the UN

MALE DOMINANCE!!!

Damn, I hate it when Mr. M beats me to a thread, because afterwards it just looks like I copied his opinion.
Anyway, Abraxas comes in first, Imperiex second, Anti-Monitor third.
AM's tech was a huge factor in his power. Plus, in order to gain strength, he needs to eat universes - he isn't going to get the time to do that here.

To put him in third is crazy. To each his own, though.

Didn't COIE Anti-Monitor destroy all but three of an infinite number of universes? I'm taking him.
