Konvikt vs the Flashernaut

Ok then the Flashernaut has come out of retirement for one match.
For those of you who do not know who the Flashernaut is refer to this thread:

Short term though is that it is a Fusion of Flash and Juggernaut into one being.

Anyways he has heard about Knovikt giving the JLA trouble so he has decided to give this new bruiser a workout.

Who wins?

I honestly dont think that there is a being below odin that could beat flashernaut.

Going by feats and all that I have heard was that this guy beat the JLA. Hell Cain can do that giving him superspeed is just asking for trouble. Konvikt must be dialing 1800-collect-an-asswhooping. And no that ain't no toll free number.
