 Maker vs. Superman (Twist)

Okay, so this is basically The Maker recovering her/his pre-retcon stats/attributes. This time he/she is up against the perhaps the strongest incarnation of Post-Crisis Superman, the Our Worlds At War version (sundipped.) The fight takes place on Earth and both have encountered each other without Preperation [H]...Who takes it?
