There seem to be some question as to the wizards power level, assuming he is as powerful as some say he is (sky-father level) he stops the asgardian construct (assuming thats the destroyer you are refering to).
provided that its not some Odin-level hosting the Destroyer, Shazam will probably win it in the end. hes actually very durable and after a sustained battle, even the destroyer might start to crack from skyfather-level attacks. also, shazam could easily exorcise the spirit within the Destroyer once he discerned that it was animated.
Overall, Shazam wins about 8/10.

Shazam is most definitely skyfather-level. he has owned his elite top tier champion, Black Adam, with ease without relying on the fact that he has control over his powers. also, he has duked it out with Mordru and killed Spectre.
You mean the spectre killed SHAZAM don't you? that is why his champion billy batson has now taken his place on the rock of eternity with all his powers.
no, during shazam's battle with spectre, he actually killed spectre. spectre revived himself, stating that he could not be stopped until all magic was destroyed, and proceeded to kill shazam. in that battle, shazam might even have won, had he not been weakened from fighting mordru beforehand.
