Punisher vs Batman Cat & Mouse
Huntress gets pissed at Batman and wants him taken out and hires Punisher to do it.
Punisher gets:
Tony Starks as armourer
Huntress inside information on Gotham and Batman
Old man from the shadowmasters (powers of precogniton and postcogniton)
Fight takes place in Gotham, its basically a game of cat and mouse where each side trys to take the other side down with indefinite prep.
