Blade could put DP down, Wolverine could put DS down, Cap and BP would be an awsome fight.
But it's pretty even, the team 2 HF's could make all the difference in a long drawn out battle.

Wolverine last much longer in this fight.
Black Panther has variety of attacks (close reflexes compared to CA)
Blade (weakest of team 1(my opinion), but still helpful)

honestly both teams have tactical genius'. However I dont see captain america working with deathstroke as well as Wolverine and Blade would be working with Black Panther (seeing as they both respect him) Deadpool himself is insane, and would probably go after Logan to settle their personal vendetta. I see team 1 winning this through team 2's lack of team work.
