Who can take this Flash?

What uber top tier/herald can take out this Flash? If no one...then which transcendent or skyfather?

Flash(Wally West) has the following
1. His own abilities..with total mastery of the speed force
2. Green Lantern ring..and can wield it on the same level as Hal Jordan
3. Despero level telepathy/mind control
4. Kryptonian powers on the same level as Supes..with none of his weaknesses.(Flash has flight capabilites and can fly as fast as he can run)
5. Juggernaut's durability

Yeah, Amazo could probably pull it off. Although, adding this Flash's powers to his own would probably put him above Skyfather.
