Could Logan survive a beating from the 12 Spider-man villains?

those three alone can put an end to wolverine, sand man alone is outside the capabilities of wolverine. the two amorphous characters can hold wolverine so electro can pour into him or sandman can just pound the heck out of him while holding him.
