If the matchups break down like Sentry/Orion, Surfer/Superman and Thor/Takion, this is probably close to a split. Orion's going to beat the hell out of Sentry, or just one-shot him with the AF. Surfer's going to blast Superman w/ red solar radiation for the win there, and Takion vs. Thor would be a pretty good fight...I think, with Thor coming out on top consistantly. Issue is Orion would finish off his fight probably a lot faster than Surfer would finish up with Superman, given his displays of being able to fight through his weaknesses.

Other breakdowns would favor Team Two a lot of the time.
