Fantastic Four vs Weapon X
Alright Weapon X is trying to kill the FF can they do it? They start at the bottom of the Baxter Building and have to make to the top floor to kill the FF. Fantastic Four can strategize as a tean but know tech can be used. Oh Weapon X has detailed info on the teams powers.

they can kill most of the team but are screwed by sue richards..
she can BFR them or crush them for momentary ko or explode everyones hearts or brains.. suffication would ko everyone.

sue creates an invisible dome around her teammates while reed formulates a stratagem.
most likely it would consist of sue opening a hole for johnny to fly through and attack from above without having to worry about his team getting hurt, just as long as sue maintains the bubble. johnny when ablaze is safe from gunfire due to his heat shield (though maverick's bullets might not be as easy to melt) he might be able to take down almost all of weapon x with near nova flame heat before/if he gets taken down.
sue can then encase them in a bubble for an immobilization win.

If weapon X knows their powers, they'd know enough that they'd need some way to neutralize each of their powers and not just bring guns.
Otherwise, Sue uses her shields to protect her teammates and Torch just burns em down.
