marv carries a gun. marv will kill. neither of them will do that right off the bat. so if they're in character, marv shoots both of them and is done with it. Marvs also more durable i believe, heals faster, is stronger, and has the rest of the team with him...

Daredevil is every bit as fast and is more skilled than Kevin who kicked Marv's ass.
Kingpin is hella strong as well.

Marv might have the durability edge but his foes have skill and speed edges and are at least comparable in strength. Well Fisk is.

Team Sin win, but just for the numbers, Marv, Manute and Fisk go at it, Kevin and Miho fight DD.

Team Sin just cos of numbers, although DD could take anyone of them 1 on 1.
