Iron man's armor has better offensive output and versatility.

As for taking over armor, both have the capabilities to take over one another.

Steel's hammer can use an EMP to take out Tony's armor.

So it boils down to Tony taking out John before he can configure the hammer to take out Tony's armor.

Tony 6-7/10.

Tony doesn't stand a chance against Entropy Aegis Steel.
No friggin' chance at all.

Versatility-wise, yes I agree that IM has more options.

But durability-wise and offensive output, Steel has the advantage.
Heck, he could hang with Supes in long durations.
