Psychic Wars Mini Tournament Discussion.
WTF is diz shiz?
Nothing much, I am bored and often wonder just how psy characters stack up to one another.
Two divisions have bin made, to avoid any major mismatch. No real individual member participant required. Winners will be determined by 3 factors.

[*]2 points for anyone that can give well thought assessment (3/4 sentence or 1 paragraph minimum).
[*]5 points, for every person involved in a 2 page debate/ 10 post.

Each match will be open for one week. Then I come in, to rally up the points, and validate member participation points.
