 Who can beat adult technarch

Let's take classic Magus in all his planet-busting glory. He is on rampage, and will destroy Earth if not stopped.

Who can:
1) solo him
2) two-team him
3) which 3-people team can do it

Please follow the minimization criteria. If character can solo, don't put him in team of 3.

And BFR doesn't counts, unless it's part of the tactic of his defeat.
