1. God Blast
2. Celestial Hulk
3. WWH(Slowed down a great deal, but not stopped)
4. By Black Tom after he killed Sammy( I think he was weakened)
5. Onslaught

I don't know who takes it though.

3. It isn't stopping if he was only slowed down as you say.

4. That was depowered Cain

5. Off panel and horrible writing for Cain throughout that entire arc.
