hes shown the ability to control plants and other forms of wildlife, elemental control, he can summon the spirit of his dead brother to double his strength or can use the spirit to possess others (I doubt this would work on strange though), among various other things

honestly I only have one appearance of his in which he and blade meet up with the black panther and luke cage.

no, according to the writer of his upcoming series, he's undergoing a name change to doctor voodoo, he is a doctor in psychology
