In all fairness, Dharma's universal powerset wasn't revealed until after this thread was made. So Prep obviously never intended to have a universe-buster fighting the Marvelites.
But even before he absorbed the Rift (which gave him the universal power I mentioned) Dharma was still quite powerful-- he possessed nigh-omniscience, local reality manipulation, trans-dimensional aptitude, etc. You know... Same powers as Doom, essentially.
