 Captain America vs Terminator

ok here's the story. Captain America is found by the resistance after have been in ice since WWII ended, and is defrosted. Steve is shocked to find that America is no more since the terminators launched the missles at Judgement Day, and the human resistance is all there is of this great country. Bound and determined to rebuild America, he redesigns his costume, regains his past shield from his WWII days, (the non-circular one) and leads the resistance against the machines that only want to ' terminate ' every living thing on earth. Of course, SkyNet has american history in it's memory files, and knows all about Steve Rogers, the first super soldier.

in this reality, John Conners is like the Nick Fury of SHIELD, and Cap is second in comand. who wins this?
