Well, if this Juggs had Jason't mindset...he might go on a killing spree, but he'd be stopped eventually just as Cain was.

yeah but Jason is retarded as fukk and not the runner type (I know he can run but just doesn't do it) so to give him the Cytorrak gem is to cast pearls before swine

EDIT: On the other hand in his movies he would be unstoppable :P

As long as he has Cyttorak's gem, yes. There's been scans where Cain was reduced to nothing but a skeleton, and he still kept fighting...and regenerated from it.

If you mean, would he ever die of old age, then I would imagine he's immortal in that department too as long as he's an Exemplar of Cyttorak.
