Eh i remember reading about her back in the days and it is just now that i found out that she is in fact miss marvel,she was certainly very powerful and capable of a lot but storm can control the wind and storms.
in her latest appearance, (if it's legit) she broke out of an adamantium/vibranium hybrid chair designed to restrain super-humans.
the context is that she's somehow seperated from carol danvers, but sharing the same genetic code (?). and the closer she gets to her other half, the more powerful she becomes, the opposite of the effect's hancock suffers when he gets too close to his wife.
not realy sure how that would play out in a fight, but she was powerful enough to go toe to toe with moonstone (ms marvel/sofen) and lose after a long fight. her ability to absorb energy like a battery should put her out of most forms of harm from storms powers since her durability is also quite good. wind won't really do too much, cold is debatable.
long story short: imo ms marvel gets the job done since she should be able to tank enything storm can send out before she closes distance and puts her down with a super-human fist.
