Ok, Lets just say Hulk beat the shit out of juggernaut and took the gem from him. Cytorrak sees Hulk is a way better host.
Now Professor X and Mr.Fantastic have worked together and figured the only way to stop him is to bring in extra help, so they build a device that bridges marvel with DC..
So now we have both universes working together to stop Hulk with cytorrak avatar powers..
Hulk's powers overlap with Juggs' quite a bit. It's an upgrade, sure, but not a big one. You're just basically looking at a more insanely durable and strong character. He would do more with a versatility upgrade.
And there's plenty of beings in either universe that could solo him, let alone entire universes of them.
yep...hence why I said juggerhulk would be quite powerful if this was an intelligent hulk (say WWH) who could actually tap into the potential of cytorrak. I could see that type of juggerhulk being potentially skyfather level.
But Juggernaut is always strong enough to take on anyone he fights physically, so he would start the fight out strong enough, then get stronger. And Scar had some wicked durab-healing factor, but still.
if hulk beats juggernaut and takes his power, wouldn't it be at least possible for someone to beat hulk and take it also?
i'm just playing.
mystically he should be able to be stopped, physically it would be quite asinine to step to him with physical stats like that. cyttorak would love bruce banner to be his avatar, banner/hulk has inner rage and drive (especially in the storyline) that would imo have cyttorak give banner even more power than he gives cain on a regular basis.

I think BFR wouldn't really be a tactic if JuggerHulk had access to all of his abilities, and the abilities that that little boy displayed. Punch him away, he punches a hole in our dimension, and ends up falling on top of the person who hit him. He could probably walk back on the air.
And nobody has really magically stopped Juggernaut before, all I can think of is Thor taking away his durability for 60 seconds.
Yeah, but regular Hulk has taken a fully amped punch from Danny and not even felt it. If he's mixed with Juggernaut, he's completely invincible, so there's really nothing Iron Fist can do.
Doom's magic is nowhere near powerful enough to mess with Cytorrak's enchantments. To do that, you'd have to be more powerful than Cytorrak himself, and possibly directly confront him to mess with his avatar, which in this case is JuggerHulk.
Black Adam indeed doesn't care, but the only tactic he has, is BFR, which considering the many weird and off the wall powers that Juggernaut has displayed throughout his career, BFR probably wouldn't work, he has too many ways to get back, or outright stop him.
