Villains team vs Your Team

Some Marvel villains are tired of always getting beaten and decide to form their own super-team:

1) Doom
2) Magneto
3) Mr Sinister
4) Gorgon
5) Classic Ultron
6) Juggernaut
7) Carnage
8) Mandarin
9) Morlun
10) Count Nefaria

Can you assemble a team of equal number or less heroes to take them down?

Marvel heroes only. From earth or based on earth. Nobody above herald level. No BFR, the only exceptions are for Juggernaut and Ultron if someone can do it. No prep.

That's actually a pretty good team (although Surfer is not earth based or from earth). Quasar, Thor, Strange , and Nova were some of my choices too. And Sersi.
