WWHulk Vs Odin with twist

For this battle WWH gets Thor's hammer, Zoom's power, gets an upgrade(50x) by the uni-mind and the power gem.
Hulk has full knowledge of the gem and Mjohnir and has complete control over them thus can use them properly.
and for the sake of the thread ODIN CANNOT WILL THOR"S HAMMER AWAY FROM HULK.
Will he take down the Asgardian all father?

Does he get to use all of Thor's powers and does he get Thor's powers stacked on his?

Does he get full knowledge of the Power Gem?

Well, Thor's powers and hammer does not matter against Odin. He can simply remove them or use them to amp him.

Hold on you give him a set upgrade. 50 times. Meaning he doesn't have the full knowledge.

So it's basically World War Hulk 50 times more powerful, with Zoom's power against Odin.

He still dies.

Green Scar tapping into all the power of the Power Gem is enough basically, if he has full use of it's capabilities. He taps into an infinite well of power. Adding in Thor's hammer, and Zoom's speed, is redundant.
