the Lower guys don't really count. But Thor BRB and Loki beat CM black Adam and Mary.
Shazam in DOV had the rock of eternity and all kinds of magical articles. He would beat Odin IMO then after he sees all his marvel family down, he beats Thor, BRB and Loki.
Assuming no other outside influence/assistance, I don't think locale makes *that* big a difference (though ambient magical power does tend to favor the locals...)
I would have to go with Team Odin on this one, as while the speed/power of Team Shazam would be impressive, it might not be enough, though they are still a threat; don't think they can win regularly. Team Odin 7/10
