Zeuodin Vs Justice League

Odin and Silver Zeus amalgamate to create the ultimate Marvel hero, the Zeuodin !

He has all powers of both characters as well as their combined skills and experiences. His attributes are the attributes of the two characters stacked. He has Odins's warrior mentality along with Zeus cosmic awareness and intelligence.

Can he beat the following Justice League?
