I'm Sorry, Zoom is faster than Runner by any measurable amount. Zoom doesn't run, he controls a time bubble. He can just run get the flag in a billionth of a second before anyone else moves.
Assuming you are thinking on a purely conceptual level ('cus otherwise Zoom wins literally before the game starts), then I'd go with Team 1, as an over-all group they have better finesse with there speed.

There is nothing to suggest that Runner would not be able to be run faster than Zoom even though Z has powers to warp time.
Go to the Zoom vs Thanos thread and read what people say.
Thanos isn't never going to hit Zoom. Zoom would hit thanos billions of times with harder than Superman punches. And Thanos goes down. Only Thanos hard core fans who think Thanos can beat everyone with one arm tied behind his back give him the win.
How the hell does Thanos get his shields up when Zoom literally will be stopping time for thanos at the sound of the buzzer? And how are the shield's Thanos used on Galactus anyway near what he uses from his own power? The Ship provided the shields in the galactus encounter. That much is OBVIOUS when Thanos yells to the computer, ALL shields up.
They were on Galactus's ship..
hes tech is considered to be a part of hes regular equip.
He carried the tech.
and Flash with Jay Garrick and Jesse Quick's speeds was keeping up with Zoom....so that arguement is moot. Thanos can also blast the planet and has crazy durability...
BTW how was Flash keeping up with Zoom before he took Jay and Jesse's speeds?

Sorry, If Thanos had those kinds of shields all of the time, he would use them. He would have used them against Tyrant who was less powerful than Galactus. Your point is thus, lost. He was prepared for that attack and thus him calling out shields to his computer when he's never done so again is all the evidence we need that it is NOT part of his regular power set. Also, We already know Zoom slows himself down to better a hero. He only amps up when the hero amps. He's a Super Hero trainer for lack of a better word. He makes heroes better. He can't do that if he starts out blitzing everything to dust.

DP Tyrant and Thanos fought atleast a good decade ago, before hes final upgrade I THINK. but he also was cheating during the fight. Just like u when u say that UN was only owned by IG because UN was less powerful back then, I say that Thanos was less powerful back then than now(even if it was Thanos after upgrade). Thanos has went toe-to-toe with galaxy destroyers. GALAXY .

Pretty much it's fair to assume he does have shield but it's power may vary it does seem likely that the shield he used against Omega and Galactus were prep shields since he was expecting to be attacked by them and did have prep.
