I was going for Will Powered Myself. All that TP backed Confidence making Hal's and Glads powers exponential. Or Mighty god. His entire Body is going to be Uru since he's holding his hammer, and with flashe's speed. Who knows. TWF is limited. It can't fly. But Maybe it can run in space?
I'm thinking he took people from the herald classifications...

Classic Juggernaught.... =completely invulnerable.. to physical and telepathic with his helmet on... attacks.. + 100 ton strength... backed by the fastest guy in comics... and you throw on karate kids martial skills...
course... are we allowing classic juggs the magic powers he gave up to oblivion? because then its even bigger stomp in WTF's favor.
