Dracula.

When Drac floats through his beams and effects Drac gets a bite then Mandarin is screwed!

Maybe the Vortex Ring can be a problem but in the long fight Drac is a Coward, Survivor and a Parasite.....in other words he is smart.
And when Mandarin assumes his win Drac will appear and bite him.

Yeah, in mist-form. He's turned the air into poison gas before. His matter-rearranger ring is not limited to solids.

Huh? Why would being in mist-form make him immune? The air isn't immune, so why would mist-form be immune?

I meant making his heart wood then matter manipulating poison in the mist.
But matter manipulating mist+

While a storm is raging the environment+

Rats storming in towards Mandarin.

That guy better be on the ball because Drac is bloody fast and all he needs is a bite.

I just realised that this fight is hillarious because it's like Fu Manchu VS Dracula and Christopher Lee played both of them.

None of those will have any effect on Mandarin, and he's faster than Dracula.

Anyway, Mandarin 1,000,000 / 1,000,000. He blasts him with some UV rays.

What are the odds of Mandarin knowing who and what he is dealing with?

Plus Mandarin didn't fair so well against an old Ironman Armor with a kung fu Tony inside.

He ain't faster than Drac.

The odds are 100%, he is the Mandarin and its not like it will take a rocket scientist to figure out he is fighting a vampire.

And Dracula gets killed by Blade once a week. Mandarin is faster than Dracula.

Mandarin got owned by Tony in an old clanky suit with Kung Fu!

Plus for arguments sakes.

Mandarin is standing there-
An insane thunder storm.
Rats running at him.
And the air is misty.

While Mandarin deals with the rats suddenly.......BITE!

He's screwed.

And Blade doesn't factor AB Logic.

Like rats are going to be a problem. Mandarin can fly... or one shot them with virtually everyone of his rings... or take control of them himself. Read up on who Mandarin is. Even an "old clanky" Iron Man is faster than Dracula. Mandarin stomps.

He didn't fly or matter manipulated him.

They didn't fight kung-fu style. Iron-Man was laying into Mandarin with Uni-blasts and repluser blasts, and Mandarin was eating them. Mandarin didn't really start h2h Tony until after his rings where ripped out, and even then that fight technically ended in a draw. Tony was passed out and Mandarin was frozen by a tank of liquid nitrogen.

That doesn't change the fact that he can fly and can matter manip.

Anyway, Dracula is a bigger jobber than Mandarin. A chi amped human getting overpowered in melee by Iron Man isn't even close to as bad as Dracula getting pawned by Blade once a week.
