Unless you that considering able to stand to the most powerful Skyfather ever makes him unworthy to be at least in the low-skyfather to mid-skyfather class.
IB isnt conceptual he has a real physical body and was created by LC and MO these are real concepts. but i get your point he is on the level but hes not a concept.
You don't have to be a skyfather to stand up to a skyfather. Guys like peak Doomsday and Juggernaut can stand up to far more than what Thanos could manage, but they're no skyfathers.
Anyways I think Thanos is a low skyfather at best.
