Speedforce Fight
The following characters gain access to the speedforce. Nothing fancy like speed-stealing, just basic speed (w/o regard for friction, inertia, etc).
1. Batman. Not only is he faster physically, but his prep speed benefits as well.
2. Hulk. The madder Hulk gets, the stronger and faster Hulk gets, plus he gets stronger-faster faster and faster.
3. Wolverine. Physical ability (like Batman) and healing factor are both speedforce-enhanced. The claws now have plenty of power behind them.
Fight takes place in an evacuated large city none are familiar with. They've each had their speed powers for about a week, so they have some experience; and now, each one is about a mile from the others but not sure where. Each one also believes only he has been speedforce-enhanced.
Who wins?

normal hulk does get faster the madder he gets, but at a slower rate when compared with his strength.
