Rogue Xavier

So, Professor X goes rogue in Utopia setting. He wants the world domination.
After a month some stupid sh%t happens, like Cassandra Nova doing planet-wise TP broadcast and everyone knows that Chuck became a supervillain.

So, he has a month time to move in secrecy (if he wants to), and then his intentions are exposed.

Can he pull it off? How could he do that? Who will stop him, if any?

Please discuss.

Magneto would stop him unless he decides to join him.

He could get pretty far actually, by taking control of very powerfull beings, killing most of his potential oppostion in their sleep before they realize what's going on and planting hypnotic messages in the minds of powerfull humans. If he is subtle and crafty, he could be influencing the world's political and economical landscape on a very large scale in a short while. But there's still too many people guarded against TP and too much anti-tp techonology out there. I don't think he manages to actually conquer the earth, but could become a major global player with relative ease if he's smart about it. Even after he is exposed, I can see him going into hiding and continuing to play from the shadows.

This actually would be a pretty interesting take on the character, specially if he starts subverting the world out of an altruistic desire to make it better, a Millar's Authority version of chuck would be awesome. I always felt the character's potential is very underused.

Anyway, in a year, his influence could spread to the point he is the most powerfull man on earth, 1 month ain't gonna do it though.

If he were in a Magneto type role and wanted domination for mutants, then yes. He could manipulate a lot of super powered beings into joining him.
If he wanted it for himself, then maybe. I could see him controlling all the world's political heads and basically launching nukes on whoever opposes him.

Xavier is incredibly dangerous, not only with tp (vast power which he holds back all the time), but also tech and he is excedingly good at prepping for a known enemy`s demise (Xavier protocols)

One month is too short to get it all but he could take say the US or Europe, either openly or from behind the scenes.

Magneto or Nate could stop him.

Magneto is as likely to help him depending on the scenario. Hes basically been waiting 40 years for Xavier to find his balls. Heck Juggernaut might even get his back if he cuts loose.

Xavier uses TP to force Reed and Stark to make him a powersuit, kills them so the secret is lost. Psychologically manipulates key players like Sentry into helping him, and is basically unstoppable after that.
