Well Deathurge's shadow powers wereonly effective against quasar when quasar had a fear of death... when quasar no longer had a fear of it, Deathurge couldn't harm him...

I figure surfer having been manipulated by Galactus.. would be the same...

So therefore Deathurge is of no value here... and its quasar vs surfer...

I say quasar drains surfer of the power cosmic and pimp slaps him.

I think the last death champion was phyla-vell as Martyr, even if the deal she cut was with oblivion it seemed she was replacing thanos. Not a lot of feats to her though.
