The nullifier doesn't even grant u powers, it is just the most devastating weapon and piece of tech in all of marvel.
It nullified/destroyed AND restarted the multi-verse in seconds in the hands of a mortal.

u should be able maybe with the reality gem he changes to UN to shot out bubbles then he takes off the Ig and slaps Thanos around old school style.

In threads like this i think the guy who fire first wins but Odin alos has control of time and his speed shoudl/are greater then thanos so Odin for the win
