Not much. I think he and Aegis were powerful enough to overpower Galactus who wasn't particularly well-fed IIRC and I'm fairly certain they got the drop on him. Galactus had apparently destroyed the rest of their race in the past quite easily. Still he beats Trigon unless its Classic T.
