Superman with a long sun dip can.
WW with her gauntlets, godwave, and armor can.
Hal Jordan with a blue ring to amp his green one can.
Wally West, not sure. Probably since he can steal speed from whole planets.
Hulk. With Celestial armor and Poccy upgrades? Maybe. He's kinda slow.
Orion. With the Ale. Yes.
Black Bolt. No
Gladiator. Unipower only.
CM. With all the magic in the universe, sure.
Silver Surfer. He needs no amp.
