Tony Stark has finally bn captured by the Thunderbolts and The Dark Avengers... after months of interrogation and physical rehabilitation he is thrown into the Microverse prison magic/gene and psi power suppression.
Isolated Stark is suffering from depression from the loss of his freedom, guilt over losing his company and failing his employees some who will also share prison time for aiding an abating a known fugitive.. his Companies are being bought off and dismantled his funds have bn confiscated under the Patriot Act and the Meta-Human Registration Act.
Irony that Starks lack of legal Council and fair trial has bn taken away by means that he help create.
His charges are various federal crimes from: Conspiracy, to kidnap, false imprisonment, Hacking across federal and international borders, theft of government files, resisting arrest, destruction of private/public property, public endangerment... etc etc..
Stark is now alone in a prison he helped create no friends but plenty of enemies....
1. new cell and cell mate...Robert Bruce Banner inmate #000-00-001
fight over Bunk and Toilet privileges. personal issues over illuminati, banners mind can still be altered but no physical transformation
2. Cat walk privileges outside his cell must prove he is not a fresh fish and easily punked he faces off with Carl Creel..
3. Shower Fight.. the Joker and Killer Croc drop the soap and tell him to pick it up...
4. Chow line hall fight.. Tony stark accidentally bumps into Deadshot knocking his lunch tray which stash Sporting inmate wins?( Deadshot is in prison for various counts of murder assassination and conspiracy to commit murder).
5. Prison Yard fight, Steel aka John Irons is told of the greatest mechanical engineer genius of all time and is goaded into a fight.. the set up is stark will be ruffed up during a game of B-ball until stark is willing to fight....(John Iron is in prison for conspiring with heroes/vigilantism and industrial espionage, theft and weapons manufacturing)
6. Tony Stark is removed from the general cell block and moved to a less violent cell block where heroes are the main population in hopes to keep him safe... new cell mate is Sam Wilson aka Falcon who is still grieving over the loss of Cap and blames stark..( falcon in prison for vigilantism, public brawling)
7. a Corrupt guard in charge of the hero cell block is willing to attack and beat Stark every chance he gets...the Guard is non other then Guy Gardner angry at stark for what he has done and now working as a guard in order to help his old friends in prison whenever possible..
8. Library fight for use of the computer Peter Parker ( arrested for vigilantism, public endangerment, conspiracy, aiding and abating known criminals charges brought by tony stark during the civil war)
9. Tony is visited by his one time friend and attorney jennifer walters depowered thx to Tony's nanites. fight in the visiting room area Kingpin also sees tony while talking to his lawyers and decides to take his revenge.
10. everyone tired of tony decide to set up a prison ring boxing fight with one pound gloves and malberry Rules.... tony will fight Robert baldwin if either opponent wins they will be removed and send to a more calm and less secure federal prison for white collar criminals.
pls feel free to explain how he wins or loses and what his character would do in such a situation, Cis on Morality on.. how ould stark react under certain situations?
1- Stark beats the puny Banner and gets top bunk.
2- Creel expects Stark to be weak without the suit and goes for pimp slap but Stark dodges and punches Creel in the throat.
3- Tony picks up the soap
4- Tony throws boiling oil on Deadshot. "You're all stuck in here with me!"
5- Sherlock Holmes >>>>>> Shaq!
6- Falcon beats him down. Blah
7- Guy is a dick Stark feigns weakness until he unleashes Cap training on him.
8- Peter without powers Tony kicks his ass! "When I get out, MJ's ass is mine Petey!" Tony loves redheads.
9- Jennifer gets slapped! Kingpin beats Tony down enough before guards drag him off.
10- Tony gets off early.
Stark would kick the crap out of a powerless Supes.
Sure Supes was trained by WW and Battyboy while empowered! the second he loses his abilities he won't know how to adapt.
Stark had heavy Cap training they fought secretly in between Civil War.
And Tony did pretty good.
Tony is meaner than Supes as well smarter more calculating and has an opportunistic mind = criminal. He stands 10 times a better chance in prison. depowered.

feel sorry for him in 3. 1,2 Tony should be able to make it. Tony would b1tchslap Falcon but I wouldn't wanna see what happens at 9.
