lol, what? I can't look at your scans right now (I'm torrenting something and thus my computer is ridiculously slow) but what happens in that fight is that Morg tackles Thanos, then Thanos one-shots him. Holding his own my ass.

How? Thanos parried Morg's killing blow with another axe.
Thanos underestimated Morg, used a one-handed shot which Morg waded through and tackled Thanos. Thanos parries Morg's blow, Ganymede pulls Morg up, Thanos uses a stronger blast to one-shot him.
Thanos didn't take him seriously at first is all. And he was in no danger of being killed by Morg, certainly.

Lookseehere, Desak beat BRB, Thor, and Hercules combined. He also beat King Thor. And some Asgardian (I can't recall who) said that Desak would have even beat Odin.
The only time that I remember OF Thor losing to Desak was in an "alternate" reality, in which Thor had taken over all of midgard and had married Amora. He later un-did that whole reality by going back in time. The other instances you mentioned don't impress me that much, and the Odin one was clearly hyperbole.

It wasn't an alternate reality per se. It was 616 reality, in the future. Similar to BCA Galactus incident. And even though he was able to undo it, he still kept his memories from those events so everything he did in that timeline is still canonical to Thor.
Also, why was it obvious hyperbole? King Thor had all the power Odin did. If King Thor lost to Desak, it's perfectly reasonable to assume that Odin would have as well.
