Power Ring is the CSA's GL equivalent. His ring is a cursed sentient entity instead of reliant on willpower... which is good because PR does not have GL level will. But otherwise it works like a GL Ring and has a lot of omph.
There's been, I think, three Power Rings, and none of the seemed able to match their JLA counterpart, the CSA relied on it's big three even more than the JLA does.
