 Battle of the webheads

Webstor has been sent to NY by Skeletor to raise some gold for his next evil plan. Spiderman confronts Webstor as he is robbing a bank. The evil warrior first thinks Spidey is an ally, but once it is clear he is not decides he`d better take him out. Returning to Skeletor with no cash is not an option.

They have no knowledge of each other.

Round 1: CIS on.
Round 2: CIS off, both willing to kill.
