Well, Blink has superhuman agility. Chamber doesn't.
She's also got a really good track record in aim. Worst case scenario is her missing by a tick and Chamber loses his footing. =p

But 616 blink isnt that good, she doesn't throw those javelins, she just projects a blink wave from her body and seems to require contact or proximity to do so. Athough she probaly takes a majority I think Chamber has some fighting chances.

I think Chamber does stand a reasonable shot, he's pretty skilled.
EXiles Blink would stomp, but this one's more of a split.

Classic Chamber could reform even after complete atomic desintegration. That psionic nuclear fusion furnace in his chest was pretty powerfull too, he could blanket the whole area with a blast to take her out.
