Static is a lot more powerful than some give him credit for. Considering I have his every appearance, once I get them - I'm on another computer - Ill show what he can really do when he's not playing around.

Ive read his appearances in Teen Titans, maybe I missed something but I was always under impression that all his attacks are electricity based. Mostly electric bolts and few magnetic tricks, correct me if im wrong. And if that's the case Venom (Brock) would kill him.
