Darkseid and Thanos cannot use any energy attacks, shielding, etc... to take on this team, they have to physically take them down. Just to bring things down a notch, the team cannot fly but all of their other powers are at their disposal.
The team consist of:
Superman
Gladiator
Thor
Beta Ray Bill

If Thanos and Darkseid can amp their physical abilities, they can do so in this match they just cant use TP, energy attacks, blast, etc...
Seidi can't even beat Superman on his own or last more than 3 panelts against DD in hand to hand. Thanos has the stuff to solo while Darkseuid can't even beat Superman let alone this entire team aiding the man of steel.

Based on Superman's fights he might well quietly take DS aside and ass-whip him while the others concentrate on Thanos. But leaving that aside...
The range strategy would be interesting to see. In this scenario they could easily avoid both DS and Thanos while raining hammer throws, god blasts, magic lightning, eye beams, etc down on DS/Thanos' unshielded butts. During the brief pauses Gladiator and Superman could also use their vastly superior superspeed to get thousands of planetoid-busting punches in before Thanos or DS even reacted (assuming no PIS - I've never seen Thanos display anything like the speed of Superman).
