Taskmaster is good, but I think Cass has the better speed feats.
Thinking especially about the one where there's a line of gunmen, and she's stepping between shots "Matrix style"..
She's also pretty powerful, bare handed punching through bullet proof prison glass, and taking down a meta who kicked Batmans rear..
If TM moves into double speed, it'd give him better odds, but even than Cass's body reading is only a step below Spider-sense, although her speed and agility isn't really near Spidey's..

Taskmaster will probably win with weapons (I mean, he gets an arsenal, she gets batarangs? Maybe if she had her Kasumi swords), but Cassandra should win in hand to hand.
They can both copy by look, and Taskmaster can predict styles he's copied, but Cassandra's reading doesn't require seeing a style first, and would quickly tell her his trick too.
It helps she knows enough styles that she could just rotate constantly and attack erratically enough to not give him anything to predict off of.
