Pocket Universe Superboy was able to break the time barrier under his own power, and Superman insisted he was holding back in their fight, and was fast enough to grab a canister of Kryptonite out of his hands before he's seen him move.
But Superman also managed to knock Quex-Ul over the horizen with a punch. In an airless Earth though, after the Kryptonians destroyed the atomsphere of that planet, so it was essentially space they fought in.
Other than that, they're short on feats. However, Pocket Universe Superboy was invented to preserve the continuity of the Legion of Super Heroes after the Crisis, so technically anything PC Superboy did, PU Superboy was supposed to have done.
Not sure how the board rules would look at this though...
