HELL YEAH.

Location: Balls deep in your cerebral cortex

 Karate Kid vs. Neo

Pre-crisis Val - armed with Johnny Quick's, speed formula.

vs.

Neo from the matrix as seen in Reloaded.

- H2H fight
- Flight is off
- This takes place in the Matrix. Fight starts at the Merovingian's mansion
- Neo has all of his martial arts/weapon knowledge, speed, strength and other physical stats displayed in the film. He cannot jump into Val and blow him up from the inside or any crazy mess like that.
